1 Benker applies a Closing account administration fee if the Client fails to fulfil the request of Benker to transfer the funds from Client's' Account and/or close the Account within the deadline specified by Benker.

2 Inactive account is an account where no transactions have been made under the Client's instructions for the period of consecutive 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days. An inactive administration fee applies after 60 (sixty) calendar days from Benker notice for an inactive account status.
